Wooden puzzle care
Keep your wooden puzzles together, clean and dry. Grain, colour and joint fit can differ between pieces.
Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid soaking, washing under running water, dishwashers and harsh cleaning products.
Storage
Store in a dry indoor place, away from direct sunlight, heaters and large changes in humidity. Keep all parts of each puzzle in the same bag or box.
When the fit changes
Temperature and humidity can affect wooden joints. If a puzzle becomes tight, stop forcing it and let it rest in a stable indoor environment. Contact us if the problem persists.
Do not modify the pieces
Avoid sanding, drilling, hammering or applying oil, wax or glue without product-specific guidance. A change to one joint can affect how the whole puzzle works.
Missing or damaged pieces
Stop using a damaged puzzle. Contact us with the set name, order number if available, and clear photographs of the issue. We will check the relevant support options.
